BILLERICA, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RainDance Technologies, Inc., a genomics tools company dedicated to simplifying the analysis of complex genetic diseases, today announced it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock. All shares of common stock to be sold in the offering will be offered by RainDance. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not been determined. RainDance intends to apply to list its common stock on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the symbol “RAIN”.
