Reporting an Invention
If you think you may have made an invention or discovery that might have commercial potential, you should report it to OTD. The Disclosure or Report of Invention Form indicates the information that OTD needs to evaluate your invention or discovery and determine whether patenting is appropriate. The form can be downloaded and printed for submission. Instructions follow the form itself.
