Our Team

David is responsible for working with the Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering to draft and administer OTD’s legal agreements, providing guidance on negotiations, and ensuring compliance with executed agreements and OTD policy.

Prior to joining Harvard, David worked as an associate at Cohen Kinne Valicenti & Cook, located in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, where he represented private companies in corporate and real estate matters. David began his legal career in 2017 at Greenberg Traurig’s Boston office as an associate in the firm’s business group working primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and commercial transactions. David holds a dual BA in Physics and Economics from Cornell University, along with a JD and MBA from Boston College.
