Our Team

Prior to her role at OTD, Kat represented venture-backed emerging technology companies in financing, licensing and other contractual matters in her own practice. Previously, Kat spent two tenures at the law firm of Mintz Levin where she was a senior attorney in both the life sciences practice group and the energy & sustainability practice group. Kat holds a B.A. from Harvard University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
