Carly T. Cederquist, PhD
Prior to joining the Corporate Alliances team at Harvard OTD, Carly participated in OTD’s Business Development Fellowship program. Carly completed her postdoctoral training in the lab of C. Ronald Kahn at the Joslin Diabetes Center and Harvard Medical School. Her postdoctoral studies focused on understanding novel mechanisms of insulin action and resistance including unraveling the mechanism of a novel insulin responsive transcription factor and understanding the complex interactions between genetics, environment, and gut microbiota. Carly received her PhD in Biochemistry/Cell and Molecular Biology from Boston University School of Medicine. Her doctoral studies in the Perissi Lab focused on understanding how transcription factors integrate with insulin signaling and immune response pathways to regulate gene expression and adipocyte function. Carly received her B.S in Biology from Syracuse University.
