Our Team

John joined Harvard OTD in 2026 as Director of Business Development in physical sciences.  Prior to Harvard, John was part of the leadership teams of multiple tough tech startups.  John was the CEO of Z Corporation, one of the early pioneering companies in 3D Printing.  In addition, John was the CEO of Harvest Automation (robotics) and Boston Micro Fabrication (micro-scale additive manufacturing).

John has also held independent board director roles at Spaceclaim (3D software), Labminds (laboratory automation), EnvisonTec (3D printing), Industrial ML (machine vision/learning), Chasm Advanced Materials (Carbon Nanotubes) and Alloy Enteprises (GPU/CPU liquid cooling).

John received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, MS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer and an MBA from Union College.
