Kirsten is a seasoned communications and public relations professional with extensive experience in media relations, crisis communication, public affairs, and corporate reputation management. She currently serves as the Director of Communications at Harvard University's Office of Technology Development, where she leads the communications strategy to support the advancement of Harvard innovations, research partnerships, and commercialization efforts across the university. 

With a career spanning both corporate and nonprofit sectors, Kirsten has worked with national brands through global public relations agencies and has held consulting roles with multiple higher education institutions. Kirsten holds a BBA in Marketing from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and has studied international marketing and negotiation at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris.
