Dr. Galiana's newly launched startup is commercializing innovations in robotics developed in the lab of Prof. Conor Walsh. As a Staff Engineer and Program Manager at Harvard's Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering, Dr. Galiana led soft exosuit projects in Prof. Walsh's Harvard Biodesign Lab, where he was responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary team of staff engineers, functional apparel designers, experts in biomechanics, physiology and clinical collaborators to develop the next generation of soft wearable exosuits that can be worn like clothing to enhance human performance and protect against injury. He will share his experience as an innovator and startup founder.

Hosted by Harvard Office of Technology Development.
