Our Team

Pierce joined Harvard as the Office of Technology Development’s Operations Coordinator in January 2022. Prior to taking the role, Pierce was the Director of Operations for a local nonprofit in Boston. Before that, Pierce spent many years managing several businesses in New York City and the Boston-area, while also offering time to volunteer with several nonprofits in New York City and Boston. Pierce is a graduate of Harvard Extension School. He obtained his Bachelors in Government studies, with one citation in Legal Studies, and another citation in International Relations. Pierce then went on to obtain his Masters in Management and Operations (ALM) from the Extension School.
