Harvard Innovation Labs are hosting an interactive session on how young startups should approach strategic partnering. Open to Harvard affiliates.
Ben Schlatka, Co-founder and SVP of Corporate Development for MC10, a leading digital health company, will discuss the process and value of strategic equity investments, early-stage product development deals, IP licensing and capability building deals.
Participants will then engage in several live case studies and practice basic deal mechanics. MC10 has raised approximately $100M in private equity and has partnered with leading consumer and healthcare brands including Reebok/Adidas, L’Oreal, Medtronic, and LabCorp.
